The Company

We are seeking a Finance Regulatory Reporting - Senior Executive, responsible for month-end account closing and ensuring regulatory and financial reporting are submitted in a timely manner and in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements. This role suits a finance professional looking to deepen their regulatory reporting expertise within insurance. This is a 6 month contract.

The Role

. Support the month-end closing process, including preparation of monthly and ad-hoc journals.

. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory returns submission.

. Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and audit schedules.

. Contribute to monthly management reports and other financial reporting deliverables.

. Perform regular system interface checks.

. Prepare notes to the annual Financial Statements.

. Support other ad-hoc reporting tasks as required.

Your Profile

. Degree in Accounting or an equivalent professional qualification.

. Min 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial reporting.

. Prior exposure to the Insurance industry is an advantage.

. Meticulous, with a strong eye for detail.

. Comfortable working to tight deadlines.

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across departments.

. Strong PC skills, particularly in Excel.

. Experience with SAP, Hyperion, and/or insurance policy systems is a plus.
