The Opportunity
We're looking for a Go High Level Automation Specialist who doesn't just build workflows but acts as an architect of client transformation.
This isn't a set it and forget it role. You'll work directly with clients helping them build Peaceful & Profitable businesses through intelligent automation. Your work will touch thousands of entrepreneurs across Asia and beyond.

What You'll Do
Design and build sophisticated Go High Level automations for coaching/education clients (funnels, workflows, email sequences, calendars, pipelines)
Own client relationships from strategy to implementation to optimization
Translate business goals into automated systems that drive real results
Document processes and create SOPs to help the team level up
Collaborate with strategists and content creators to deliver integrated solutions
Stay ahead of GHL updates and bring innovations to client work
Contribute to team knowledge through training, documentation, and mentorship
What You Bring
Must-Haves:
Technical Skills:
2+ years hands-on experience with Go High Level (workflows, funnels, email automation)
Proven ability to build complex, multi-step automations (show examples)
Understanding of marketing funnels, lead nurture, and sales processes
Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and integrations (Zapier, custom code)
Strong problem-solving skills (debug confidently)
Communication & Collaboration:
Excellent written and verbal English (direct client communication)
Ability to explain technical concepts simply (teaching mindset)
Proactive communicator (update without being asked)
Async-first work style (remote team across timezones)
