GMP Manufacturing Engineer | Singapore

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency, yield, quality, and operational performance
• Troubleshoot manufacturing process issues and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with Quality, Validation, Facilities, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to support production requirements
• Participate in root cause investigations, CAPA activities, and deviation management
• Develop and update manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and process documentation
• Support equipment qualification, process validation, and engineering change activities
• Ensure compliance with GMP regulations, SOPs, and company quality standards
• Contribute to lean manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related discipline
• Experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing environments
• Exposure to cleanroom manufacturing operations is highly preferred
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, process improvement methodologies, and root cause analysis tools
• Familiar with deviation investigations, CAPA, change control, and validation activities
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Prior experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, diagnostics, or life sciences manufacturing environments is advantageous
