About the Team The HR Operations team endeavours to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. Research employment models and compliance requirements for overseas business, including contractor, EOR, outsourcing, and hiring scenarios. 2. Coordinate with overseas legal teams, external law firms, and regional business units to identify employment risks and regulatory requirements across different countries/regions. 3. Continuously track labor law, taxation, data compliance, and workforce regulation updates in key countries to provide internal research and risk assessments. 4. Translate compliance requirements into internal SOPs, management systems, approval mechanisms, and operational workflows to drive global standardization. 5. Build an overseas employment risk case library and knowledge base to provide policy interpretation and solution support for business teams. 6. Collaborate with HR, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Security teams to drive the construction of a global workforce governance system. 7. Participate in overseas employment projects, including supplier evaluations, staffing model design, risk remediation, and internal training.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s) 1. Bachelor's degree or above 3. 3+ years of relevant experience 4. Familiar with common global employment models and core processes, including EOR, third-party dispatch, and BPO. 5. Strong research and information integration capabilities ability to quickly synthesize policies from various countries into structured conclusions. 6. English as a working language capable of communicating independently with overseas legal teams or external consultants. Preferred Qualification(s) 1. Experience in overseas labor law or international compliance projects. 2. Experience with EOR or global employment platform partnerships. 3. Experience in workforce governance in Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, or the Middle East. 4. Experience in large-scale internet or globalized enterprises. 5. Majors in Law, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or International Business preferred. 6. Background in HR service procurement, HR service providers, or labor legal/compliance is preferred.
