Job Description
- Provide Treasury Operations support to all Lenovo subsidiaries globally
- Checking and verification of payments transactions
- Perform trade verification and reconciliation of Foreign Exchange transactions.
- Maintain & update all relevant banking master database
- Assist in preparing Treasury management reports
- Provide analytical support for Treasury transactions, capital markets and other Treasury-related functions
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance operational efficiency through the use of technology solutions
- Support and participate in Treasury improvement projects
- Contribute to the documentation of Treasury processes, such as the development of policy, guidelines and process flows
- Fulfil any other ad hoc duties as assigned

- Gain hands-on experience with key corporate tools such as Power Automate, Copilot and SAP
Requirements
- Undergraduates pursuing degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or related fields. Current full time MBA students can also apply.
- Able to commit to a full-time internship for six months, commencing in December 2025 or January 2026.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn and provide support across different countries and time zones, occasionally requiring work outside of standard business hours.
- Proficiency in managing systems, data analysis, and project management.
- Strong organizational abilities, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines effectively.
- Proactive team player with attention to detail, capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
- Eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment alongside high-energy, mission-driven colleagues.
- Critical and strategic thinking skills to solve complex problems and propose innovative solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to anticipate the needs and priorities of the organization intuitively.
