As part of its continued growth and commitment to building a high-performing workforce, the organisation is seeking a Global Total Rewards Analyst / Specialist to support compensation, benefits, workforce analytics, and reward initiatives across multiple countries.

This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven HR professional looking to deepen their expertise in compensation, rewards, and people analytics within a regional and international environment.

Your New Role
Reporting to the Total Rewards team, you will play a key role in supporting compensation and rewards programmes, workforce analytics, and HR technology initiatives across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Support the development and maintenance of job architecture, job evaluation, job levelling, career frameworks, and salary structures.
  • Participate in annual compensation review processes covering salary increases, bonus planning, promotions, and pay governance activities.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and salary survey analyses to assess external competitiveness and market positioning.
  • Perform compensation and workforce analyses, including pay equity reviews, cost modelling, and workforce planning support.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and workforce metrics to support HR and business decision-making.
  • Support HR systems, reporting automation, and compensation management tools to improve efficiency and data accessibility.
  • Maintain reward-related data, reporting, documentation, and governance processes while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the administration of global mobility programmes, assignment compensation calculations, and policy implementation.
  • Support the ongoing enhancement of compensation, benefits, recognition, and total rewards programmes.

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting compensation and total rewards programmes across multiple countries.
  • Hands-on exposure to compensation reviews, salary structures, market benchmarking, incentive programmes, and job evaluation activities.
  • Experience working with recognised compensation survey providers.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in compensation analysis, workforce analytics, reporting, and cost modelling.
  • Exposure to HRIS, compensation management platforms, or workforce planning systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas, and data analysis.
  • Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualisation tools will be advantageous.
  • Exposure to global mobility or international assignment programmes would be beneficial.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
