Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the operations of the EUC asset life cycle, including planning and overseeing of deployment (e.g. staff onboarding), loan, refresh, and retirement (staff offboarding) of end-user devices ensuring timely updates and replacements.
Assistin software packaging, release, and deployment processes to ensure smooth and efficient software updates.
Provide IT support, including technical troubleshooting, software installation, and upgrades.
Help with post-resolution follow-ups of incidents andfulfillIT service requests.
Participate in theCollaborate with various departments, includingHR, IT, security, and procurement, to ensure seamless operations.
Maintainaccuraterecords of all EUC assets, including their status, location, and user assignments.
Ensure that all end-user devicescomply withthe firm's security policies and standards.
