Global Tax Strategy Manager,Technology Sector

Our client, a fast-growing technology business with a global footprint, is currently seeking a high-caliber Global Tax Strategy Manager to join their team.

Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will be responsible for leading international tax strategy and overseeing global tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions. You will play a key role in advising on cross-border transactions, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and supporting BEPS implementation. In addition, you will drive initiatives to streamline tax processes, enhance operational efficiency, and proactively manage tax risks.

Your responsibilities will also include developing and implementing tax planning strategies aligned with the companys growth objectives, managing transfer pricing policies and documentation, and ensuring accurate and timely tax filings across all relevant markets. You will monitor changes in international tax regulations, assess their impact on the business, and work closely with external advisors and internal stakeholders to manage tax audits and resolve complex tax issues. You will also be expected to prepare tax reports and risk assessments for senior management, and contribute to the companys overall financial governance and compliance framework.

You should have at least 10 years of post-graduate tax experience, gained from both a multinational corporation and a Big 4 accounting firm. You are capable of working independently and possess strong interpersonal and project management skills. You are a mature, self-motivated, meticulous, and committed professional, with a proven ability to navigate complex tax environments and deliver high-quality outcomes.
