Job Description

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a leading global consumer business to appoint a Global Talent & OD Partner. This is a high-impact role within the Global Talent & OD function, responsible for driving enterprise-wide talent strategies that strengthen leadership pipelines, accelerate high-potential talent development, and ensure sustainable succession across critical business functions and geographies.

Reporting to the Director of Talent & OD, you will be operating in a complex, matrixed global environment, this individual will partner closely with senior business leaders, HR Business Partners and Talent teams to identify, assess and develop future leaders. The role will play a pivotal part in shaping the organisation's succession management framework, embedding a robust approach to talent reviews, and enhancing organisational capability through best-in-class talent practices. You will lead global talent identification processes, facilitating talent discussions and calibration exercises to ensure the consistent assessment of leadership capability and potential. In addition, you will partner with stakeholders to create and execute succession plans for key and business-critical positions, ensuring a strong and diverse leadership bench across the organisation.

As part of your role, you will work closely with senior leaders to provide insights and recommendations on talent risks, readiness levels, mobility opportunities and development priorities. The role will leverage talent data and workforce insights to drive informed decision-making and support long-term organisational growth. In addition, you individual will contribute to the design and implementation of leadership and high-potential talent programmes, ensuring development interventions are aligned to future business needs. They will champion a culture of continuous development, helping leaders build meaningful career pathways and accelerate the growth of emerging talent across the organisation.

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Business, HR or a related discipline, with 8 to 10 years of progressive HR experience in Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development or Organisational Development within a large, complex organisation. Experience within consumer or other fast-paced multinational environments will be highly regarded. Strong expertise in high-potential talent identification, talent review methodologies, succession frameworks and leadership assessment practices will be highly regarded along with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage and challenge senior leaders across a global business. A data-driven mindset, commercial acumen and the ability to translate talent insights into actionable strategies will be essential. Prior experience working across multiple markets and cultures within a global matrix structure is strongly preferred.
