Brew Crew Opportunity

Our Global Brew Crew is seeking a Global Supply Planning Analyst.

In this role, you will support the development and execution of supply plans to ensure timely product availability across global markets. You will work closely with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and demand planning teams to align production schedules and optimize inventory levels. Reporting to the Director of Integrated Business Planning, you play a key role in ensuring supply chain efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Supply Planning:

• Create and manage supply plans to ensure timely availability of products.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to align production schedules and delivery timelines.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor and optimize inventory levels across global locations to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
• Implement inventory control measures and policies to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor shelf-life obsolescence and coordinate with Global Demand Planner on next steps

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Publish and track inventory health on a monthly basis, and drive DIO improvement plans via a clear and strategic supply policy in a global supply network design
• Ensure consistent update to SOPs and Working Instructions

Supplier Coordination:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable supply.
• Ensure production schedule adherence with suppliers

Risk Management:

• Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor global market trends and assess their impact on the supply chain.

Process Improvement:

• Continuously evaluate and improve supply planning processes and tools.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Your Ingredients

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business Science & Analytics, Business Administration, or related field of study required.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
• Previous experience in coordinating end-to-end movement of supply inventory and managing wholesale inventory will be an added advantage
• Strong coordination skills with suppliers and internal teams.
• Experience in sales order management and supporting logistics operations.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.
