Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the global supplier quality strategy to support business growth, product expansion, and supply chain scalability.
- Establish supplier quality standards, governance frameworks, and performance metrics while managing key risks.
- Drive supplier development initiatives to enhance capability, reliability, and operational excellence.
- Oversee global supplier engineering activities, including qualification, validation, and manufacturability alignment.
- Manage quality performance across EMS and external manufacturing partners, ensuring KPI achievement and issue resolution.
- Support NPI by ensuring supplier readiness, qualification, and seamless transition from development to mass production.
- Lead global teams and supplier performance management through scorecards, reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering
- At least 15 years of experience in Supplier Quality
- EMS experience will be a plus
- Regional Experience / Global Experience
