Gradiant is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of a Services Business Unit. This role will drive financial planning, cost control, and supply chain efficiencies, ensuring operational excellence while partnering with FP&A and business leaders to enhance decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management & FP&A Collaboration:
- Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the Services Business Unit.
- Evaluate month-end accruals, cost variances, and financial trends, providing insights for strategic decision making.
- Drive the Business Planning cycle and rolling estimates, ensuring accurate P&L submissions to FP&A.
- Oversee the annual costing process, ensuring cost accuracy, proper allocation, and alignment with business goals.
- Partner with FP&A to analyze financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive financial efficiencies.
Supply Chain & Inventory Management:
- Optimize inventory control, stock reconciliation, and working capital utilization across various facilities.
- Implement process improvements in inventory management, stock tracking, and demand planning.
- Strengthen controls over asset replacement, addition, and disposal, ensuring accountability and cost optimization.
- Develop dashboards and reporting systems to track raw material yield, usage variance, and production efficiency.
Business Partnering & Cost Optimization:
- Act as a finance partner to Operations, and Procurement, supporting financial and process-related initiatives.
- Lead discussions on cost-saving strategies, operational efficiencies, and OPEX management across Manufacturing & Logistics.
- Collaborate with business leaders to evaluate capital investments (NPV/IRR) and drive profitability.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis on various projectsto support strategic decisions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA/CPA preferred).
- 7+ years of finance experience, preferably in industrial / Manufacturing space
- Strong expertise in product costing, supply chain finance, and inventory control.
- Proficiency in SAP, financial reporting tools, and advanced Excel modelling.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
