Global SAP Key User

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support for SAP Sales & Distribution and Finance modules, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system optimization.

• Act as the primary contact for global stakeholders, delivering training, guidance, and user support to ensure effective system utilization and business process execution.

• Maintain and ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of master data within SD and Finance modules.

• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to analyze and improve business processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness.

• Stay updated on SAP SD and Finance module enhancements, system releases, and best practices.

• Serve as the interface between business users and IT teams to facilitate communication and resolve system-related issues.

• Deliver end-user training and provide daily operational support to ensure user competency.

• Document processes and develop user guides to support knowledge sharing and standardization.

• Support system testing and participate in global rollout projects to ensure successful implementation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP Key User or in a similar role, focusing on SAP SD and Finance modules.

• Strong knowledge of SAP SD and Finance processes, including configuration and system optimization.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration with IT and business teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or next-generation SAP platforms.

• SAP certification in SD and/or Finance modules.

• Exposure to process improvement methodologies.

• Familiarity with project management tools and practices.
