[Job Background]
We need a sales leader with a global perspective and outstanding leadership, based in Singapore, to coordinate global sales strategies. You will be responsible for driving the commercialization of the company's four core business segments (AI intelligent solutions, RPA process automation, credit and debit card systems, global payment systems) in the Asia Pacific , European and North American markets. You need to build a cross-cultural global sales network to achieve sustainable revenue growth.
[Core Responsibilities]
1. Global strategy formulation and market expansion
Develop and implement a global sales strategy, set annual revenue targets, and break them down into major regions (Asia Pacific, North America, Europe, Middle East, etc.).
Design differentiated Go to Market strategies for different product lines (AI&RPA solutions for ToB and credit card & payment systems for ToC/ToB2B).
Identify global emerging markets and key industry opportunities (such as fintech, e-commerce, logistics, manufacturing), and break through large multinational corporations (MNCs) and high-value potential customers.
2. Global team management and development
Team building: Establish a global sales support system (Sales Ops, Enabling) at the Singapore headquarters and guide regional sales managers (RSMs) and frontline sales teams distributed around the world.
Direct management: Firstly, achieve independent sales performance, and in the future, manage 3-5 core sales backbones or regional managers to enhance team combat effectiveness through coaching, training, and performance evaluation.
Cultural integration: Integrating with distributed teams across time zones and cultures, unifying sales processes, CRM standards, and compliance standards to ensure consistency in global execution.
3. Ecological Cooperation and Key Customer Relationships
Establish and maintain key global strategic partnerships (such as international banks, card organizations Visa/Mastercard, payment gateways, cloud computing providers, system integrators).
Lead the expansion and maintenance of global strategic key accounts (KA), coordinate resources such as products, technology, and legal, solve complex technical and business problems, and enhance customer lifetime value (LTV).
4. Technology Commercial Integration
As a bridge between technology and market, you have a deep understanding of AI model deployment, RPA workflow, payment compliance (PCI-DSS, etc.), and fintech trends.
Ability to engage in high-level conversations with C-Level executives, accurately articulate the technical value and business return on investment (ROI), and assist pre-sales teams in resolving complex technical queries.
[Job Requirements]
1. Language proficiency (mandatory)
English: At the native language level, possessing strong abilities in business negotiation, public speaking, and document writing.
Mandarin: fluent/proficient, able to conduct all Chinese meetings as a working language.
Cantonese: Strong priority. Utilize the advantages of Cantonese to efficiently connect the South China market, Southeast Asian Chinese communities, and global Cantonese speaking resources.
2. Experience and background
Education: Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in computer science, electronic information, finance, or business management.
Industry experience: Over 10 years of sales experience in B2B/B2B2C technology products.
Product background: Having a background in financial technology (payment/credit card). Experience in financial compliance and payment settlement is preferred, and background in AI/cloud computing/RPA is preferred.
Team management: Global or multi regional team management experience is preferred, with successful team building or turnaround cases.
3. Geopolitical and business acumen
Familiar with the business environment, procurement processes, and laws and regulations of major global markets (Asia Pacific, EMEA, North America).
Deeply understand the challenges and opportunities faced by China's technology going global and the globalization of financial technology.
Having a management perspective of going global enterprises or multinational fintech companies, understanding the complexity of matrix management.
4. Personal traits
