Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Global Public Relations Manager (AI & Brand Narrative) to shape and execute our global PR, brand, and Go-To-Market (GTM) communication strategies. This role is pivotal in elevating PatSnap's global reputation by translating complex AI technologies into compelling, user-centric narratives. You will act as a key driver in positioning PatSnap as the undisputed thought leader in the innovation intelligence space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & GTM Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive global PR and brand communication strategies. Align PR initiatives with product GTM roadmaps to drive brand awareness and support business growth. Manage the PR budget and establish clear KPIs (e.g., Share of Voice, Message Pull-through, Media Sentiment).
  • Technical Storytelling & Media Relations: Serve as a global spokesperson and build robust relationships with top-tier international business and technology media. Excel in technical storytelling by translating intricate AI, SaaS, and data concepts into engaging, market-ready narratives for major milestones and Frontier series launches.
  • Content & Narrative Development: Architect a unified global narrative platform. Oversee the creation of high-impact content, including press releases, thought leadership byline articles, executive speeches, and product storytelling materials.
  • Data-Driven Insights & Reputation Management: Leverage data analytics and market insights to refine brand positioning and target audience segmentation. Monitor global media sentiment, proactively manage potential crises, and provide localized execution guidance to regional teams.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work seamlessly across departments, collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and Executive teams to ensure consistent messaging. Manage and optimize a global network of PR agencies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: proven experience in Public Relations, Brand Management, or Integrated Marketing.
  • Industry Background (Must-Have): Strong background in B2B Tech, SaaS, or AI industries. Deep understanding of technology-driven business models.
  • Core Competencies: Exceptional capability in technical storytelling, end-to-end GTM strategy execution, and converting complex technical solutions into compelling brand value propositions.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Native-level proficiency in Mandarin is required.
  • Execution & Leadership: Proven ability to manage the full lifecycle of PR campaigns, from strategic ideation to measurement and optimization.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above. A Master's degree in Management, Marketing, or a related technology field is a strong plus.
