Global Product Manager - Low Voltage AC Drives
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Business Manager (Based in Singapore), your responsibilities include:
- Own product strategy & portfolio - Define roadmap, pricing, margins, and lifecycle to drive global growth.
- Lead Agile product management - Translate customer/market needs into features and align with engineering for execution.
- Drive new product introductions (NPI) - Ensure successful launches, from development to go-to-market readiness.
- Manage product lifecycle - Oversee optimization, cost improvements, and end-of-life decisions.
- Cross-functional& market engagement - Work with global teams, customers, and sales to validate strategy and maximize adoption.
Requirements
- Technical background - Degree in Engineering (orrelated) with experience in industrial automation or similar systems with 8+years (preferred), familiarity with Agile/SAFe, analytical thinking, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Product & strategy experience - Ability to translate market insights into product direction and business outcomes.
- Relevant domain knowledge - Exposure to drives, PLCs, industrial networks, or IIoT is advantageous.
- Collaboration & communication - Proven ability to work across global, cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
