Your impact

As Global Procurement Lead - Performance, Reporting & Compliance, you will shape how Procurement performance, compliance, and risk transparency are delivered globally. You will define and govern standardised, automated, and auditable reporting and compliance frameworks that enable confident decision-making, protect enterprise value, and support Asahi's sustainability and growth ambitions. Your work will underpin global consistency while empowering regions to perform at their best.

Job responsibilities

  • Define and govern global Procurement reporting, compliance, and dashboard standards across regions and AGPS
  • Own the global Procurement dashboard and KPI framework, from intake and prioritisation through to delivery and adoption
  • Lead procurement data management, reporting execution, and non‑compliance management at global scale
  • Ensure robust governance, internal controls, and adherence to policies, processes, and regulatory requirements
  • Drive tool utilisation and operational excellence across platforms (e.g. SAP Ariba, reporting and analytics solutions)
  • Lead global rollouts of reporting, spend, and performance tools, ensuring adoption through structured change management
  • Enable continuous improvement in procurement performance, data quality, automation, and analytics maturity
  • Collaborate closely with Category, Process, Finance, Technology, and regional Procurement leaders to deliver value and insight

About you

  • University degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Supply Chain, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Strong expertise in procurement reporting, analytics, compliance, internal controls, and data governance
  • Advanced experience with digital platforms and automation tools (e.g. SAP Ariba, Power BI, Power Automate)
  • Proven ability to translate complex data, risk, and compliance topics into clear insights for senior stakeholders
  • Experienced in leading global initiatives, tool rollouts, and governance-driven execution
  • Strategic, structured, and collaborative leader with strong influencing and communication skills
  • Previous experience in multinational or global/CoE environments
