Team Intro

The Global AdEx Policy Support or Global Enablement & Comms team within Advertiser Experience partners with Global AdEx works closely with the BI Policy team to improve advertisers experience on the platform. The team collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders across Policy, Training, Operations, and Product to assess and optimize existing services, provide qualitative and quantitative insights on emerging issues, and develop strategic playbooks and initiatives for AdEx Policy Support on a quarterly and half-year basis-driving continuous improvement and alignment with overall business objectives

As a Global Lead Program Manager within the Advertiser Experience team, you will work with our Global AdEx Teams, and collaborate closely with the BI Policy team to enhance advertisers experience on our platform. You will engage with cross-functional stakeholders in Policy, Training, Operations and Product to evaluate and optimize existing services, delivering both qualitative and quantitative feedback on emerging issues.

Additionally, you will be responsible for developing strategic playbooks and initiatives for the AdEx Policy Support each quarter and half-year, continually driving improvements and ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Build, grow, and lead a team of ambitious, professional program managers to drive key initiatives and achieve strategic goals.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with sales and other cross-functional teams, organizing activities, delivering insights, and ensuring alignment across the organization.

- Service Definition and Operationalization: Contribute to defining and operationalizing the services provided by the AdEx Policy function, ensuring clarity and effectiveness.

- Continuous Improvement: Curate continuous improvement in proactive integrity strategies by collaborating with Policy, Legal, Government Relations/Public Relations (GR/PR), Training, Operations, and Sales teams.

- Strategic Analysis: Provide recommendations to senior management through quantitative and qualitative analysis of challenges, using sound metrics to support decisions.

- Process Documentation: Document successful process improvements to enable progressive learning and enhance operational efficiency.

- Project Leadership: Lead and contribute to large-scale strategic projects, partnering with cross-functional teams, particularly MI Policy and Sales, to address and resolve policy issues at scale.

- Relationship Building: Build strong, strategic relationships with leaders across Sales, Trust & Safety (TnS), and Business Integrity to foster collaboration and alignment.

- Communication: Effectively communicate the broader policy approach to internal and external audiences as required, ensuring transparency and understanding.

- Project Management: Manage, coordinate, and support policy-related projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.

- Strategy and Tactics Execution: Inform, influence, and execute new strategies and tactics using sound analysis and impact metrics to support the organization's position and objectives.

- Data-driven Initiatives: Leverage data-informed insights to drive the development of new products and initiatives, enhancing the overall policy function.

- Performance Tracking: Work with data and measurement partners to identify and track key program performance indicators, ensuring alignment with company, product, customer, and community experience goals.

- Trend Identification: Identify trends to enhance support and detection processes, improving team efficiency and effectiveness.

- Sales and AdEx Coaching: Consult and coach sales and AdEx teams to achieve greater results on TikTok platforms, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and excellence.


Minimum Qualification(s):

- Leadership Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within a fast-paced, tech-based environment.

- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in operations, analytics, project management, and program management.

- Stakeholder Communication: Experienced in communicating analysis results to senior stakeholders across multiple cross-functional teams to influence strategy and approach.

- Program Development: Proven experience in ramping up a program from concept and formulating effective frameworks.

- Industry-Specific Experience: Experience in Trust and Safety or Advertiser Integrity for social media platforms, particularly related to policy functions.

- Project Management: Demonstrated experience in initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance.

Preferred Qualification(s):

- Customer Orientation: Strong customer-first orientation, ideally with hands-on experience in account management, customer success, customer experience, sales, or service design.

- Analytical and Creative Skills: Creatively and analytically inspired, with experience in measuring the effectiveness of initiatives and defining relevant metrics.

- Presentation Skills: Ability to prepare and present compelling narratives to showcase the progress of internal initiatives, supported by data to highlight key findings.

- Visualization Expertise: Experience in visualizing key results for diverse audiences.

- Design Thinking and Data Literacy: Proficiency in design thinking and data literacy.

- Innovation and Process Orientation: Innovative and process-oriented, experienced in taking the lead on issues with a data-driven and pragmatic approach.

- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset, adept at dealing with ambiguity, and experienced in fast-paced environments with a passion for innovation.
