Role Description

This is a contract, remote role for a Global Perspectives Trainer. The trainer will design and deliver engaging training workshops, webinars, and teacher-development sessions that align with the Cambridge International Global Perspectives curriculum. Responsibilities include customizing materials for diverse audiences, providing ongoing support to educators, evaluating program effectiveness, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of educational best practices and trends specific to global education topics.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, curriculum development, and facilitation of workshops or webinars.
• Knowledge of global perspectives, education systems, or international curriculums, including the Cambridge International curriculum.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage a diverse audience of educators.
• Proficiency in integrating digital platforms or tools into educational training; familiarity with online training delivery preferred.
• Advanced degree or relevant qualifications in Education, Training, or Instructional Design is an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines.
• Experience in multicultural or international education environments is a plus.
• Skilled in faciliatating professional development in Critical Thinking
