Aufgabengebiet
- Lead end-to-end global payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions
- Manage external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
- Oversee compensation frameworks, salary benchmarking, and annual review cycles
- Design and optimise employee benefits programmes across regions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and labour requirements globally
- Drive automation, systems improvements, and data governance initiatives
- Support audits, risk mitigation, and policy development for payroll & C&B
Anforderungsprofil
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related majors
- 10+ years of experience in payroll, compensation & benefits
- Strong exposure to multi-country or global payroll environments
- Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems (SAP SuccessFactors)
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders across HR, Finance, and leadership teams
- Hands-on experience leading process improvements or transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and governance
