Job Summary

The Global Parts Solutions Repair Operations Leader - Singapore will lead fab-facing internal repair operations supporting Fab 7 and GIGA+. This role is accountable for safe execution, repair quality, turnaround time, capability expansion, and cost savings delivery by reducing dependency on external repair suppliers and increasing reliable internal repair output.

The successful candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary technical team and partner across Fab module teams, Equipment Engineering, GSM, AME, Finance, Facilities, Quality, Safety, and global GPS peers to prioritize repair opportunities, qualify internal repair solutions, and scale high-value capabilities across RF, electronics, robotics, mechanical repair, load ports, chillers, computer/server repair, cables, and related semiconductor equipment components.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day Singapore GPS repair operations for Fab 7 and GIGA+, including safety, quality, prioritization, repair intake, triage, execution, and return-to-production workflow.

  • Deliver repair output, turnaround time, productivity, quality, and savings performance against GPS operating targets.

  • Identify and execute internal repair opportunities that reduce external repair spend and improve spare part availability.

  • Expand high-value repair capabilities across RF, electronics, robotics, mechanical, load port, chiller, computer/server, cable, and related component categories.

  • Partner with Fab module teams, Equipment Engineering, GSM, AME, Finance, Facilities, Quality, Safety, and global GPS peers to remove barriers, qualify repairs, and scale proven solutions.

  • Maintain disciplined repair procedures, documentation, calibration practices, quality controls, and corrective/preventive action follow-up.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a technical team build cross-training, bench strength, onboarding discipline, and succession readiness.

  • Provide clear operating updates on safety, quality, savings, throughput, staffing, risks, recovery plans, and help needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Technical Operations, Supply Chain, or related field equivalent relevant experience may be considered.

  • Leadership experience in semiconductor manufacturing, equipment engineering, repair operations, maintenance, MRO, spare parts, or a comparable technical operations environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, manage priorities, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable safety, quality, operational, and financial results.

  • Working knowledge of repair workflows, troubleshooting, failure analysis, repair qualification, quality controls, safety practices, and production support requirements.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical and operational detail into clear business updates.

  • Ability to use data, KPIs, and structured problem solving to improve throughput, cost, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment maintenance, module engineering, or repair-center leadership experience.

  • Experience with RF repair, electronics diagnostics, PCB troubleshooting, robotics, load ports, chillers, mechanical repair, cable build/repair, or test equipment qualification.

  • Experience developing ROI cases, staffing plans, equipment requests, repair qualification plans, or internalization roadmaps.

  • Experience working across cultures, time zones, and global teams in a matrixed environment.

  • Lean, Six Sigma, project management, or equivalent continuous improvement experience.
