Global Operations Center Analyst (GOC Analyst)

As GOC Analyst in Data Centre domain, you will be responsible for monitoring and supporting critical network and data center operations in a 24/7 environment. This role provides first-level technical support, incident management, troubleshooting, customer communication, and escalation to ensure service availability and SLA compliance.

• Having 3 years of NOC, Contact Center, or technical support experience
• Basic knowledge of data center infrastructure and BMS systems
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
• Familiar with HVAC, electrical experience surrounding in the Data centre environment
• Ability to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 environment
• Shift pattern is 12 hours fixed at 7am to 7pm (3-4 days a week including weekends/public holidays)
• Working Location: Changi

Key Responsibility includes,

• Providing real-time monitoring, incident response, and customer support for mission-critical data center and network environments. The role involves ticket management, alarm monitoring, fault isolation, and coordination with technical teams to ensure operational continuity.
• Experience in network operations, technical support, or command center environments, good to have experience working in global operations team
