Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a leading global financial services firm to appoint an experienced Global Mobility Manager / Senior Global Mobility Specialist to join their Singapore office. This is a regional role within a highly regarded and complex organisation, supporting cross‑border mobility matters in a regulated financial services environment.

This role will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end global mobility activities across multiple jurisdictions, including international assignments, short‑term postings, secondments, and permanent transfers. Working closely with HR Business Partners, Talent, Reward, Tax, and external vendors, the Global Mobility professional will ensure mobility programmes are delivered in line with business needs, compliance requirements, and internal governance standards.

Acting as a trusted advisor, the role will support stakeholders on assignment structuring, immigration and relocation processes, compensation and benefits considerations, tax equalisation, and employee lifecycle matters related to international mobility. The position will also involve managing relationships with external providers such as immigration consultants, relocation partners, and tax advisors, while ensuring service quality and cost efficiency.

The Global Mobility professional will collaborate with regional and global HR teams on policy interpretation, operational execution, reporting, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a hands‑on approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to balance employee experience with regulatory and risk considerations in a fast‑paced, matrixed organisation.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in global mobility or international assignments management, ideally within banking, financial services, professional services, or other highly regulated global organisations. Strong knowledge of mobility frameworks, immigration processes, and cross‑border compliance, as well as excellent stakeholder management skills, are essential. APAC regional exposure will be highly advantageous.
