Key Responsibilities:
1) Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute global marketing strategies aligned with the company's vision and market trends.
- o Analyze market research and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
- Consolidate marketing reports and global vehicle production data from external agencies into structured information, identifying opportunities before they arise.
2)Brand Management:
- Collaborate with Public Relations to manage and enhance brand identity and positioning in the global market.
- Develop marketing campaigns that communicate brand value and engage target audiences at shows and industry conferences.
3) Product and Technology Launches:
- Collaborate with R&D, Program Management, and Sales teams to synchronize demonstrator development with marketing efforts.
4) Budget Management:
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively for maximum ROI.
- Monitor and report on marketing spending and performance against targets.
5) Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with general management, sales, program management, R&D, and operations teams to facilitate communication and ensure alignment on marketing strategies.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry organizations.
6) Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor colleagues to contribute to the marketing tasks, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Oversee the development of marketing materials and collateral with other groups in the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field MBA preferred.
- Over 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the automotive industry or Tier 1 suppliers.
- Proven track record of managing global marketing campaigns and contributions to (automotive) shows.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects.
Additional Information:
