Randstad is partnering exclusively with a leading food manufacturer to hire for a Global Manufacturing Excellence Coach. In this position, you will spearhead continuous improvement strategies, refine production processes, and cultivate a high-performance culture across their global manufacturing footprint

about the job

• Strategic Roadmap Development: Map site maturity against the operational excellence framework. Collaborate with Cluster Leads and Plant Managers to build and execute manufacturing excellence roadmaps.

• Capability Building: Provide training and education to site pillar leaders. Manage the certification process and ensure leadership is proficient in maintaining pillar work processes and visual management boards.

• Change Management & Coaching: Act as a lead coach for Site Continuous Improvement (CI) leaders and Plant Leadership Teams. Drive the cultural and process shifts necessary to directly impact plant KPIs and bottom-line results.

• Performance Auditing: Conduct regular assessments of pillar work processes and Routine Management (RTT) adherence. Identify gaps, develop actionable insights, and oversee the implementation of corrective actions.

• Data-Driven Prioritization: Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to align pillar work with site business objectives, Compelling Business Needs (CBN), and financial targets.

• Knowledge Sharing: Foster a culture of continuous benchmarking. Facilitate the exchange of best practices across the global manufacturing network to ensure cross-plant learning.

skills and experience required

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• TPM / IWS , Six Sigma or Lean certification preferred.
• Led multiple sites
