The
International Logistics and Compliance team sits within our
Business Operations division. Following continued international expansion, the team is growing to support the needs of our global customers across Asia‑Pacific and beyond.
Based in
Singapore, this role plays a critical part in supporting Softcat's international operations — combining
logistics execution, supply chain management, and trade compliance to ensure goods and services move efficiently, compliantly, and reliably across borders.

As an Global Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist, based in Singapore, you will take ownership of complex international logistics activity while also playing a key role in managing supply chain operations and regional trade compliance.
As Global Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist, you will:
- Coordinate complex international shipments across APAC and globally, ensuring timely and compliant delivery
- Manage relationships with suppliers, distributors, and logistics partners to drive service quality and efficiency
- Oversee end-to-end order management and fulfilment, ensuring accuracy and alignment across teams
- Own trade compliance activities, including customs records, licences, and regulatory adherence
- Act as an escalation point for critical issues and support continuous improvement across supply chain operations
We'd love you to have
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations, with exposure to international trade, customs, or compliance processes
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with confidence taking ownership in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, with experience engaging internal teams, external partners, and (ideally) regulatory bodies
- Ability to build effective relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and wider stakeholders
- Solid IT skills, with the ability to use systems and data effectively; additional languages beneficial
