A leading multinational organisation is hiring a Global Logistics & Supply Chain Analyst in Singapore to support international distribution, freight management, reporting, and supply chain operations across a global network.

Responsibilities

You will support global logistics and distribution activities, including freight cost management, invoice verification, freight accrual reporting, and SAP transaction processing. The role will also involve preparing logistics dashboards, KPI reporting, distribution cost forecasting, and supporting process improvement initiatives across logistics, warehousing, and supply chain operations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, freight forwarders, shipping partners, and regional teams across multiple time zones.

Requirements

You bring at least 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement operations, distribution, or related analytical functions. Hands-on SAP experience is essential. Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and Macros are required. Exposure to Power BI, dashboard development, reporting, or data analytics would be advantageous. You possess strong communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
