Job Description
- Lead global and regional sourcing strategies for Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Utilities supporting manufacturing sites, design centers, and service locations.
- Drive cost savings through supplier consolidation, standardization of facilities equipment, competitive tendering, and contract negotiations.
- Manage global and regional suppliers in partnership with Facilities to ensure quality, compliance, performance, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with various departments to align procurement with business needs such as new site setup and factory expansions.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and supplier dynamics to inform sourcing decisions and ensure supply continuity.
- Oversee supplier performance management, including scorecards and annual business reviews, and support procurement execution as needed.
The Successful Applicant
- Possess a Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years in strategic sourcing or commodity management, preferably in electronics sectors.
- Strong supply chain knowledge within relevant industry.
- Proven ability to develop and execute category strategies with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in spend analysis, supplier management, and contract negotiations.
- Familiar with P2P processes, including PO and supplier coordination.
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and adaptability.
- Leadership or team development experience is a plus.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in SAP/Ariba and MS Office, especially Excel.
