About the Team
The Global Monetization Integrity team ensures TikTok users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements. They work closely with advertisers to create ad policies, manage content review processes, and more. As we continue to add advertising on TikTok, this team is critical in assuring a joyful and creative ads experience for the community.

We're looking for dedicated and supportive people leaders who can drive metrics, teamwork and excellence in a fast-paced multi-lingual and multi-cultural environment to join us.
As the Global In-House Ops Lead, you will build and manage teams within the ModLab and Ads Integrity Ops departments to drive productivity and quality excellence, support AIGC efforts to optimize operations and manage key stakeholder relationships.
You will also serve as a trusted advisor and strategic decision maker in taking global operations to the next level. The key focus areas of this role are in-house operational delivery people management/engagement, operational governance, thought leadership and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and manage a team of Operations Managers and Team Leaders across ModLab and Ads Integrity Operations.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to direct reports, ensuring individual and team development.
Strategy & Execution
- Define and execute the Global In-House Operations strategy, aligning with business objectives and measurable operational metrics.
- Translate strategic objectives into operational plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and success measures.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Policy, BI, Strategy, Operations) to identify, design, and implement scalable solutions.
- Lead and influence cross-functional projects, working closely with senior stakeholders across the organization.
Performance & KPI Management
- Establish clear goals and KPI frameworks for teams and programs, balancing realistic targets with stretch objectives.
- Monitor operational performance, analyze trends, and drive timely corrective actions to improve efficiency.
Quality & Process Excellence
- Develop, standardize, and implement quality assurance frameworks, metrics, and operating procedures at scale.
- Continuously optimize processes to improve SLA adherence, workforce efficiency, and service quality.
Program & Workforce Management
- Oversee strategic growth, resource planning, and process management across global programs.
- Manage key operational metrics, including staffing models, SLA performance, and quality scores.
- Define workforce optimization strategies to maximize productivity and impact.
Executive Communication
- Provide structured updates to executive-level stakeholders, communicating progress, risks, and strategic plans.
- Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and operational reporting.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years of management experience with a proven track record of global leadership, including managing teams of 50+ employees for a minimum of 3 years, leading teams of 100+ employees for at least 2+ years
- Overseeing teams of 200+ employees across 3 or more countries-demonstrating success in driving operational excellence and cross-border collaboration.
- Proven experience in piloting and incubating new workflows across diverse business units such as Payments, SMB, and Trust & Safety, and managing them through to fully matured and stabilized processes, with distinctive expertise in the TikTok ads ecosystem and related tools and platforms.
- Proven track record of scaling and restructuring global operations, meeting at least two of the following: headcount planning, location strategy, site transitions, or workflow migration (in-house, vendor, or AI-driven).
- Demonstrated experience navigating complex and evolving regulatory environments (e.g., EU Digital Services Act, U.S. Data Security requirements), with the ability to exercise sound judgment in managing regulatory ambiguity.
- Proven track record of ensuring operational and product decisions remain compliant with applicable legislation while proactively mitigating risk.
- Demonstrated experience serving as the primary liaison for stakeholder management, with the ability to effectively partner with diverse groups including Product, Engineering, Sales, Policy, and external vendors to align operational strategy with business objectives and drive collaborative execution across multiple global regions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and developing multi-national leadership teams of 100+ employees, fostering a high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative culture while ensuring alignment with company values and regulatory compliance.
- Extensive experience managing high-value, high-risk operational workflows, including piloting new processes and driving continuous improvement through the design and implementation of scalable tools, frameworks, and best practices.
