Job Responsibilities
1. Independent Global HR Scenario Discovery & AI Implementation
Independently identify cross-border HR pain points covering multi-country employment compliance, expatriate management, global talent inventory, employee self-service, turnover risk prediction, regional workforce planning, HR process optimization, etc. Own end-to-end delivery from business diagnosis, scenario composition, AI solution design, production launch to value review, and deliver scalable & replicable HR AI outcomes.
2. Global HR AI Architecture Planning& Platform Construction
Drive mid-to-long term HR AI technical roadmap aligned with global HR digital strategy. Build enterprise-level reusable AI capabilities based on mainstream global HR SaaS systems, master data and HR data warehouse, covering HR RAG knowledge base, multi-lingual intelligent Q&A, HR process Agent automation, workforce intelligent insight and predictive models.
3. AI Technical Selection, POC Validation & Best Practice Codification
Research global HR AI tools, LLMs and intelligent analytics technologies, complete technical evaluation, scenario POC and promotion. Standardize architecture documents, implementation templates and case studies to empower HR digital teams for capability reuse and iteration.
4. Bilingual & Cross-Time zone Collaboration
Fluent in both English and Mandarin. Independently communicate with global HR stakeholders, SSC and overseas vendors, and align effectively with domestic teams. Deliver standardized documentation and outcomes via periodic sync with stable architecture and delivery results.
Job Requirements
1. Experience & Background
Bachelor's degree or above, major in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, HR Digital Transformation or Information Management is preferred
5+ years enterprise AI/digital architecture experience, including 2+years HR AI implementation experience (negotiable), full-cycle project delivery in multinational or global enterprises preferred
Familiar with global cross-border HR business models, capable of identifying real overseas business pain points and translating them into implementable AI solutions.
2. HR AI Scenario Enablement Experience
Proven industry AI enablement cases (not out-of-the-box product AI features), able to articulate the full journey from requirement identification to delivery with quantified value
At least one deployed HR AI scenario case (e.g., intelligent Q&A, process automation, talent analytics/prediction, knowledge base construction), with hands-on experience building HR AI applications from scratch
Deep understanding of HR business logic, able to translate multi-country compliance, expatriate management, talent inventory pain points into AI solutions.
3. Technical & System Integration Capabilities
Solid experience in LLM, RAG, intelligent Agent, process automation and predictive analytics proven track record of building HR AI applications from scratch
Familiar with mainstream global HR SaaS system architecture and data logic, with AI-HR system integration experience
Platform-oriented mindset, outcome-driven without redundant technical stacking.
4. Language & Local Adaptation
Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken & written) for bilingual stakeholder management and documentation
Familiar with Singapore working environment and multi-country HR compliance prior overseas MNC experience is highly preferred.
5. Personal Traits
Strong proactive business insight to identify high-value AI scenarios independently
Experienced in cross-time zone asynchronous collaboration, document-driven delivery and result-oriented execution
Strategic architecture thinking with strong capability of standardization, empowerment and system building.
