Job Description

A late-stage fintech is hiring a Global Head of Sales Development to build and scale its new SDR function from the ground up. This is a critical leadership role responsible for designing the global sales development strategy and building a small high-performing teams across Greater China, APAC, Europe, and the United States.

This role is for someone who has done it before - taking an SDR organisation from 0 to 1 and scaling it globally. You will define the operating model, hiring strategy, tooling, playbooks, and performance metrics that power enterprise pipeline generation at scale. The focus is firmly on enterprise sales - supporting complex, multi-stakeholder deals across fintech, financial services, and large commercial clients.

As Global Head of SDR, you'll be accountable for pipeline creation, conversion quality, and team productivity across regions. You'll hire and develop regional SDR leaders, coach managers, and build a performance-driven culture with clear career paths into closing roles. This role requires strong cross-cultural leadership, the ability to operate across time zones, and comfort building systems in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

We're looking for a senior sales development leader with a proven track record building and scaling global SDR teams in B2B fintech, SaaS, or enterprise technology environments. You should bring experience selling into large enterprises, working closely with field sales teams, and driving outbound motions that support long-cycle, high-value deals. Experience building the teams 0-1 in APAC or globally is essential.
