Advanced Manufacturing / Industrial Projects | Greenfield Plant Development | Singapore-based
We are partnering with a global advanced manufacturing company to appoint a Global Head of Industrial Expansion
This is a senior management role focused on leading major greenfield and brownfield manufacturing plant projects, including new plant development, CAPEX planning, EPC/EPCM contractor management, construction execution, commissioning, and handover to operations.
The role will suit a capital projects leader who has successfully delivered complex industrial / manufacturing facilities and is comfortable operating across multiple countries, stakeholders, contractors, and internal leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead major capital projects, including greenfield plant development, brownfield expansion, and manufacturing capacity upgrades
- Own project delivery from early-stage feasibility / concept through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, start-up, and handover
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, safety, and governance
- Lead EPC / EPCM contractors, engineering consultants, construction partners, vendors, and internal project teams
- Support site selection, due diligence, permitting, infrastructure planning, and project execution strategy
- Build and manage local project teams across multiple countries
- Partner closely with senior leadership, operations, engineering, procurement, finance, EHS, and external stakeholders
- Establish project controls, reporting, stage-gate governance, and best practices for capital project execution
Ideal Profile
- Strong experience delivering greenfield manufacturing plant projects
- Background in industrial / process / advanced manufacturing environments
- Experience managing large-scale CAPEX projects across Asia
- Strong EPC / EPCM contractor management experience
- Able to lead projects from feasibility / FEED through construction, commissioning, and handover
- Strong understanding of project controls, cost, schedule, risk, safety, procurement, and governance
- Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional regional teams
- Comfortable with global travel
