Global Head of Human Resources

The Global Head of HR designs and executes the worldwide people strategy. You will align human resources operations with global business goals. You will lead teams across multiple countries. You will oversee talent acquisition, total rewards, leadership development, employee relations, and compliance with local labor laws worldwide.

Global Strategy & Leadership

• Build the long-term global workforce strategy.
• Align HR programs with company growth goals and market changes.
• Advise the top management on organizational design and talent risks.
• Lead a distributed team of regional HR directors and specialists.

Talent Management & Development

• Create a worldwide system to find, hire, and keep top talent.
• Oversee global succession planning for executive and critical roles.
• Design global programs for employee training and career growth.
• Build standard performance review processes across all regions.

Compensation & Benefits

• Direct the global total rewards strategy (pay, bonuses, and benefits).
• Ensure pay is fair and competitive in every local job market.
• Manage executive compensation packages in partnership with the board.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure all HR practices follow local employment laws in every operating country.
• Handle high-level employee relations and global labor union issues.
• Manage workplace safety, data privacy, and risk reduction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Min 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years leading global HR teams.
• Proven track record in a multinational company
• Deep knowledge of international labor laws and cultural norms.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for the C-suite level.
• Data-driven decision-making using global HR analytics.
