Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a high‑growth, globally operating technology firm to appoint an accomplished Global Head of HR Operations. This is a critical leadership role based in Singapore, responsible for driving operational excellence, scalability, and consistency across global HR operations in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.

This role will have end‑to‑end ownership of global HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, HR service delivery, process optimisation, operational governance, and systems enablement. Reporting directly to senior executive leadership, the Global Head of HR Operations will partner closely with People Partners, Talent, Reward, Technology, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure HR operations are efficient, compliant, and scalable as the organisation continues to grow globally.

Acting as a strategic and execution‑focused leader, the role will design and implement global HR operating models, establish strong governance and controls, and drive standardisation across regions while allowing appropriate local flexibility. The remit will also include leading large‑scale transformation initiatives such as HR systems implementation, automation, data and reporting enhancements, and continuous improvement programmes across global HR services.

The Global Head of HR Operations will build, lead, and develop regional HR operations teams, setting clear priorities, KPIs, and service standards. Strong stakeholder engagement, change leadership, and the ability to operate effectively within a matrixed international organisation supporting multiple geographies will be essential for success.

The successful candidate will be an experienced HR operations leader with significant experience in global HR operations, shared services, or people operations leadership roles, ideally within technology, SaaS, fintech, or other high‑growth, innovation‑led environments. Demonstrated experience scaling HR operations globally, leading complex HR transformations, and partnering with executive leadership is essential. Strong commercial acumen, a data‑driven mindset, and a hands‑on leadership style are critical.
