Responsibilities

Reporting to the CEO, you will be an integral member of the senior leadership team and provide sound financial and commercial counsel to drive strategic initiatives and business performance. In addition, you will be actively involved in organic and inorganic growth initiatives, including rigorous evaluation of new business strategies and monetisation opportunities. A highly visible role, you will be shaping financial discipline and delivering value creation that enables future organisational growth.

Requirements

Ideally, you are a seasoned Finance leader with a proven track record in driving business growth and value creation. You have built a strong foundation in hotel finance and scaled into a corporate role leading multiple geographies and properties. To succeed in this role, you will be described as a collaborative business partner with a strong transformation mindset and thirst for challenges.
