Job Description


An accomplished leader in Global Executive Talent Acquisition, responsible for spearheading the identification and recruitment of senior leadership talent. This strategic role is critical to driving sustained organizational growth and success by securing key executives and cultivating a strong leadership pipeline across core business functions and global markets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end executive search and hiring process for highly confidential, senior leadership roles, including the appointment of in-country GMs.
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to build a strong pipeline of future leaders aligned with the strategic objectives.
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders and business unit heads to understand leadership needs, culture fit, and strategic priorities.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism throughout the selection process, handling sensitive information with the utmost care.
  • Manage relationships with external executive search firms, ensuring alignment with their objectives and standards.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within executive hiring, promoting a broad and diverse leadership pipeline.
  • Provide market insights, talent intelligence, and benchmarking to the leadership team to support informed hiring decisions.
  • Build and maintain a strong internal employer brand to attract top-tier executive talent globally.


Background

  • Proven track record of successfully leading senior executive searches and confidential hiring processes, preferably within large global organizations.
  • Deep understanding of executive talent landscapes and leadership competencies, ideally in technology, consumer products, or engineering sectors.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise senior executives.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Experience partnering with external executive search firms is desirable.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across global teams.
