We are seeking a high-energy, multilingual Global Franchise Operations Manager to spearhead our entry into the European market while maintaining operational excellence across our Singapore and Dubai hubs. This role is perfect for a strategic builder who possesses a strong background in F&B marketing and sales, combined with the operational expertise to scale a restaurant brand across diverse regulatory and cultural landscapes.
1. Market Expansion & Sales
European Market Entry: Identify, vet, and secure high-potential Master Franchisees and Multi-unit operators across key European territories.
Pipeline Management: Lead the full sales cycle from initial inquiry and lead generation to signing the Franchise Agreement.
Commercial Negotiations: Handle complex negotiations regarding territory rights, royalty structures, and supply chain logistics.
2. Marketing & Brand Positioning
Localization Strategy: Adapt the brand's marketing playbook for European consumers while maintaining core brand integrity.
Launch Campaigns: Oversee Grand Opening marketing strategies in new territories, ensuring high visibility and foot traffic from Day 1.
Digital Integration: Work with local agencies to manage social media and PR relevant to specific European regions.
3. Operational Excellence & Support
Cross-Border Synergy: Serve as the primary liaison between the Singapore HQ, Dubai operations, and new European partners.
SOP Implementation: Ensure all franchisees adhere to global brand standards, food safety, and service protocols.
Training: Develop and deliver training programs for international partners to ensure consistency in the Guest Experience.
Experience: 7+ years in International Franchise Operations or Business Development, specifically within the F&B/Restaurant industry.
Language Proficiency: Native or professional fluency in English and at least one (preferably two) major European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, or Italian) is essential.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
Marketing Savvy: Proven track record of executing successful F&B marketing campaigns and driving brand awareness.
Regional Knowledge: Strong understanding of European labor laws, food regulations, and consumer behavior.
Travel: Willingness to travel frequently (up to 40%) between Singapore, Dubai, and Europe.
