Global FP&A Manager (Global MNC in the Services sector)

Our client, a leading organisation in the services sector is seeking a Global FPA Manager who will serve as the strategic finance business partner to its Digital IT function. This is a highly visible global role that sits at the intersection of finance, technology and business strategy, supporting key investment decisions and transformation initiatives across the organization.

As a trusted advisor to senior technology leaders, you will lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management activities for the Digital IT organisation. You will provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, assess investment opportunities, develop business cases, and help ensure that technology resources are allocated effectively to drive business outcomes.

Working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Technology, Procurement and Operations, you will play a critical role in evaluating and prioritizing digital transformation investments, monitoring project performance and identifying opportunities for cost optimization and value creation. The role requires someone who can translate complex financial data into meaningful insights and influence decision-making at senior leadership levels.

Beyond core FPA responsibilities, you will act as a true business partner, challenging assumptions, providing commercial perspectives and helping leaders balance innovation, growth and financial discipline. You will support long-term planning efforts, scenario modelling and strategic decision-making within a dynamic and evolving technology landscape.

The successful candidate will bring strong experience in FPA, commercial finance or finance business partnering within a multinational environment. Exposure to technology, digital transformation, shared services or IT finance would be highly advantageous. You should possess excellent analytical skills, strong financial modelling capabilities and a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders across different functions and geographies.
