Global Financial Controller, Global MNC | Services Sector

Our client is a high-growth multinational in the services sector with an expanding global footprint. As part of its ongoing growth and finance transformation journey, the company is seeking a seasoned Global Financial Controller to lead its global controllership and finance operations function.

Reporting to the CFO, this highly visible leadership role will oversee global financial reporting, statutory compliance, governance, treasury, and finance operations across multiple regions. The successful candidate will lead an international finance and shared services team, driving financial controls, process standardisation, reporting excellence, and operational efficiency while supporting strategic business decisions.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded finance leader with strong technical accounting expertise and proven success operating in fast-paced multinational environments. You will partner closely with senior leadership globally and play a key role in building a best-in-class finance function to support the organisation's long-term growth.

Requirements

• Degree qualified with CPA, CA, or equivalent professional finance qualification
• At least 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience within large multinational organisations
• Strong experience in group reporting, controllership, statutory accounting, treasury, compliance, governance, and audit
• Proven track record managing large regional or global finance teams
• Exposure to shared services, finance transformation, and ERP implementation projects will be advantageous
