RESPONSIBILITIES DESCRIPTION
- The FP&A global finance manager will report to the VP of Finance, Semiconductor Technologies (ST).
- Partner the VP for finance and drive ST global budgeting, forecasting and analysis processes. Partner finance leaders to provide strategic insights to achieve business growth, efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with ST global business finance managers, strategy, and planning team to drive ST annual budget, monthly forecasting, and internal/external reporting.
- Collaborate with other cross-functional finance departments such as Controllership, Corporate FP&A, Treasury, Tax and Legal to ensure accurate financial accounting and reporting.
- Analyze data and perform variance analysis to drive key performance metrics.
- Responsible for Asia P&L of a ST Line of Business and matrix reporting to global business finance manager.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance (MBA is a plus)
- CPA or country equivalent required
- Thorough understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC Reporting
- 15+ years of relevant finance experience
- Strong oral and written skills
- Works well in teams with an ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
