Partnering with the CFO and executive leadership, the role shapes and executes financial strategy, ensures strong governance and risk management, and leads the finance and global business services organisations to deliver high-quality insight, control, and stewardship. - ax regulatory frameworks.Experience in investment appraisal, M&A, and integrati
- on of complex portfolios.Track record of leading geographically dispersed finance teams and d
- eveloping future leaders.Qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) or equi
valent; MBA advantageous.
