Global Finance Director (European Manufacturing MNC)

The Company

Our client is a well-established listed European manufacturing company, with global presence and stable growth over the years. Singapore is one of key strategic regional headquarter. And they are seeking an experienced Global Finance Director to lead its supply chain finance and procurement finance functions. This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility and overview of financial governance, business partnering, operational finance, reporting, and performance management across a complex regional footprint.

The Role


Reporting to Global Finance VP, you will serve as a strategic finance business partner to the global leadership and operational leaders, and provide insight and financial guidance to support business performance and decision-making. You will lead the global supply chain and procurement finance function within the group. You will also be involved in system integration or special projects with global stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.

Your Profile

• Recognised accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent).
• Proven track record in a senior finance leadership role within a multinational environment.
• Strong experience with relevant industry knowledge (manufacturing/pharma/semiconductor) to support complex regional operations.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic business insights.
• Experience driving finance transformation, process improvement, or operating model enhancements.
• Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills across executive and operational levels.
• Resilient, hands-on, and solutions-oriented leadership style.
• Experience working across international and matrix organisations preferred.
