About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Global Events Marketing Manager to join our Global Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the overarching strategy and successful delivery of global experiential marketing initiatives, spanning online, offline, and hybrid formats. As a player-coach, you will drive high-level planning and ROI while directly managing a team to ensure operational excellence across all brand activations and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the global events roadmap and budget, ensuring all activities are aligned with broader business and marketing objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team, overseeing their performance and providing the necessary guidance to achieve team goals.
  • Drive the planning and implementation of flagship events, maintaining a hands-on approach from initial concept through to post-event analysis.
  • Manage the total events P&L, including forecasting, resource allocation, and reporting on the commercial impact of all activations.
  • Primary lead for internal cross-functional collaboration and oversee high-level global vendor relationships and negotiations.
  • Oversee the development of integrated event campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels to ensure consistent brand messaging and lead generation.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related fields.
  • 710+ years of experience in event marketing, with proven experience managing direct reports.
  • Demonstrated success in leading, planning, and executing large-scale, complex events in online, offline, and hybrid environments.
  • Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Working fluency to converse in English and Chinese to manage events and vendors in English- and Chinese-speaking markets.
  • Proficiency with marketing and event technology stacks, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and Cvent.
