Responsibilities
The Data Center Service team supports the company's fast growth by building and operating hyperscale data centers. The team manages the end to end lifecycle of server fleet, providing cloud solutions and various infrastructure services ensuring that they are scalable and are reliable. Responsibilities: - Lead a global edge delivery and operations team spanning China, APAC, EMEA, and AMS formulate the team's strategic roadmap, and provide comprehensive business and technical guidance to team members to drive goal achievement. - Take full ownership of the build, operation, and maintenance of all global edge PoPs (including CDN, backbone, and IDC) continuously optimize delivery and operational SLAs to enhance service quality and reliability. - Strengthen the team's engineering capabilities in network operations and server operations, build robust automation capabilities, foster a culture of learning and growth, and elevate overall team productivity and efficiency. - Lead the optimization of operational processes, design more efficient workflows, and promote their implementation through platform integration and automation solutions. - Serve as the key interface with business users, internal upstream and downstream teams, and external vendors establish and maintain efficient collaboration mechanisms to align objectives and resolve cross-stakeholder challenges.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other equivalent technical disciplines with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the CDN or IDC industry. - Proven expertise in CDN or IDC site delivery processes, along with in-depth knowledge of co-location infrastructure, including facilities management, site selection, and day-to-day operations. - Solid technical foundation in Linux OS, server hardware, and core networking technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, routing, switching). - Demonstrated leadership experience, with a track record of building, developing, or evolving a high-performing team. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in managing cross-regional teams with 10+ employees, with a focus on driving team alignment and operational excellence across diverse geographies. - Excels in automation concepts and technologies (experience related to AI agents is highly preferred), with practical experience in significantly enhancing delivery efficiency or operation and maintenance efficiency through automation. - Technical experience in telecommunication networks, including Fixed Network, Transmission, and IP Technologies (e.g., IPT, IX, Peering).
