Manages key global accounts in own book of business and maintains strong relationships with global customers for long-term success.
Strategically develops global customers by knowing their business needs and designing tailored and complex solutions.
Acquires new key customers in line with HWL's business strategy and negotiates sales terms and contracts.
Manages sales planning, MBRs, QBRs and annual business reviews (alignment with Customer Excellence Managers if existing).
Records sales data and maintains customer database in the CRM.
Understands industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to position solutions effectively.
Actively collaborates with Products regarding individual product design for customers, pricing, tenders and customer service.
Coordinates with regional and local sales teams to ensure high levels of customer excellence by addressing concerns and providing proactive solutions.
Executes sales strategies, initiatives and processes provided by global/regional/country sales leadership team.
Adheres to sales policies and procedures and comply with relevant regulations.
Manages KPIs and achieves or exceeds sales targets and objectives via CRM: Quality of pipeline and key opportunities, number of activities/visit reports completeness of account plan.
Represents the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
