Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary leader to serve as Global Digital Business Partner and Communication Lead.

This is a dual-role position. The primary role is Digital Partner for the Semiconductor Business (ST) Segment and secondary role is to lead Digital Technology Change and Communication Management. This role, reporting to Business Experience director, will be central to enhancing business experiences and Digital value creation for ST and Qnity through effective Business Engagement, Communications and Change Management, while unlocking Digital value and elevating experiences across the ST business and Qnity.

Semiconductor Business (ST) Global Digital Partner

• Work closely with ST Global Leadership Team, driving Digital strategy, value and experience for a $2.5 billion business.
• Partner with various business functions (Finance, Integrated Operations, R&D) to ensure Digital initiatives align with business goals.
• Oversee the development and implementation of innovative Digital solutions and services to support business growth and productivity, ensuring value is demonstrated and realized.

IT Communication And Change Management

• Lead change and communication management both internally in Digital Technology and across Qnity business and functions to ensure effective awareness, preparation, and commitment for smooth Digital transformation.
• Enhance the engagement, performance and impact of Digital Technology on the business through multiple communication channels and platforms.
• Build and strengthen Digital Technology brand to promote and realize digital value with Digital campaigns and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in relevant IT/Digital leadership roles.
• Proven track record of driving IT/Digital strategy, solutions and change in a large, global, complex organization.
• Demonstrated experience leading Digital user experience related initiatives.
• Prior experience leading IT/Digital communications and change management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various business units and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
