This role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement of our community engagement initiatives. This role is responsible for owning and optimizing our Community Response Strategy, maintaining response quality control, performing channel analysis, and overseeing sentiment reporting. Additionally, the Specialist will manage tools to enhance community interactions, review tactical engagement campaigns, and ensure alignment with the broader communications strategy before pitching initiatives to the Head of Global Communications. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and refine a comprehensive Community Response Strategy. Monitor and ensure high-quality, consistent responses across all communication channels. Proactively identify areas for improvement in community interaction and propose actionable solutions.
- Establish and enforce guidelines for community responses to maintain brand voice, tone, and sentiment alignment. Conduct regular audits of community interactions to ensure adherence to quality standards. Provide training and resources to internal and external teams to improve response effectiveness.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of all community channels, including performance metrics, sentiment trends, and engagement insights. Act as the primary owner of community tools and platforms, ensuring they are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create and deliver regular sentiment analysis reports, highlighting key trends, opportunities, and areas of concern. Utilize insights from sentiment reporting to inform broader communications strategies and tactical adjustments.
- Plan, execute, and manage community-focused tactical engagement campaigns to drive organic engagement and sentiment improvement.
- Work closely with other departments, including Creative, Content, and Production teams, to align community strategies with broader marketing goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in English, Business, Marketing, or Communications
- At least 3 years experience in community management/social strategy.
- Creative examples of your Community and Social work, including a website, portfolio or other.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and community engagement tools, including but not limited to Meta Apps, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, and Discord.
- Proven ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for community improvement. Familiarity with sentiment analysis tools and reporting platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on maintaining brand voice.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
