- Lead the end‑to‑end global clinical development strategy for assigned oncology programmes
- Design and drive clinical development plans, protocols, and key execution milestones
- Provide hands‑on oversight of clinical trial execution through CROs and external partners
- Act as the primary clinical interface with global health authorities and key stakeholders
- Contribute clinical expertise to regulatory submissions and development documentation
- Partner cross‑functionally with translational, regulatory, and business teams to advance assets
- Support evaluation of in‑licensing and business development opportunities as needed
Anforderungsprofil
A Successful Clinical Development Head Should Have
- Doctoral qualification (MD, PhD, or equivalent) in oncology or a related discipline
- 8+ years of experience in clinical development, including global oncology programmes
- Proven track record in early‑phase and multicentre clinical trials
- Deep understanding of global clinical development and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in resource‑lean, fast‑paced environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills across internal teams, CROs, and external partners
- Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands‑on execution
