We are seeking a strategic thinker who is ambitious and passionate about achieving strong results to join us as the Global Chemical Strategic Procurement Senior Manager. This role will involve managing the sourcing of chemical materials on a global scale, reporting to the Global Head of Chemicals Procurement of APP Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee global sourcing of assigned chemicals to support mill operations.
• Cultivate and manage strategic supplier relationships to ensure stable and sustainable supply and quality performance.
• Lead alternate sourcing efforts, including supplier qualification, coordination with mills, and implementation post-qualification.
• Monitor market conditions and price trends to propose effective purchasing strategies to management.
• Develop and execute a strategic procurement plan aimed at achieving procurement excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or relevant experience in Chemical Procurement.
• Minimum of 10 years of strategic procurement experience.
• Self-motivated and meticulous, with a strong attention to detail.
