Working closely with stakeholders across multiple markets and functions, you will contribute to strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier performance management, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement programs. Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of global category strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Execute strategic sourcing initiatives and procurement projects that deliver commercial value.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers across multiple markets.
- Support supplier performance, quality assurance, and risk management activities.
- Contribute to procurement governance, compliance, sustainability, and responsible sourcing initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, price movements, and supply risks to support informed decision-making.
- Track category performance, savings, budgets, KPIs, and value delivery outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement across procurement processes, systems, and ways of working.
About You
- Experience in procurement or category management
- Experience working within multinational, global, or complex business environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Experience supporting sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract management activities.
- Knowledge and experience in procurement platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication capabilities.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Degree in Business or a related discipline.
